GroupIT is designed as a toolset, enabling Aurum to quickly and efficiently build and configure solutions for clients around standard templates whilst allowing for their individual requirements.  Configuration typically takes a few days and is often much quicker than that.

The toolset approach ensures that GroupIT is not limited and can be applied to and cater for almost any type of matching or reconciliation process.

Additional features such as exception management and proposed match groups can easily be incorporated into a client’s system.  Transactions can be placed into many different group types, such as a “case” group for further investigation or management control.  When a transaction is selected, GroupIT will automatically display each group currently linked to the transaction.

Process management can also be incorporated into a GroupIT configuration enabling, for example, the result of a suspense account reconciliation to be passed directly into a positional reconciliation.
